Ingredients of Eggs Benedict (Minnesota style)!!!!

  1. You need 2 of English muffins (split, toasted).
  2. It’s 1 lb of hamburger.
  3. It’s 5 strips of bacon cut in half.
  4. Prepare 8 of eggs.
  5. It’s 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  6. It’s 5 tablespoons of clarified butter.
  7. You need 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke.
  8. It’s 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  9. It’s 1/4 cup of white vinegar.

Eggs Benedict (Minnesota style)!!!! step by step

  1. Boil 4 cups water with 1/4 cup white vinegar.

  2. Fry bacon, drain, set aside.

  3. Mix liquid smoke, black pepper and hamburger, make into pattys and fry.

  4. Seperate 4 egg yolks put in small kettle on low heat add lemon juice and 1 teaspoon clarified butter. If to high of heat the yolks will cook (you dont want that) I added a little pepper and parsley to this.

  5. With boiling water add 2 eggs carefully not to break yolks, poach.

  6. Turn pattys so the dont burn.

  7. Take split muffins add patty.

  8. Add poached eggs.

  9. Bacon and drizzle on your hollandaise.

  10. Enjoy!.
