I like to use whatever fresh fruits I crave that day.

Any kind of berry, mangos, papayas, kiwi fruit, et cetera make a great smoothie.

Ingredients of Fresh fruit smoothie

  1. Prepare 1/3 cup of Blueberrys.
  2. It’s 1 large of Banana.
  3. You need 1/3 cup of Strawberrys.
  4. It’s 6 large of ice cubes.
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of Honey.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of Water.
  7. You need 3 tbsp of Plain yogart.

Fresh fruit smoothie instructions

  1. Cut strawberries in half..

  2. Cut banana in half..

  3. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth..
