I made this for myself this morning, it was a quick fix.

It’s the weekend and I thought I’d make some fried eggs and toast!

Ingredients of Fried eggs for breakfast

  1. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  2. Prepare 5 slice of fresh green Pepper.
  3. You need 1 of onion, chopped.
  4. It’s pinch of of salt.
  5. It’s 1 medium of carrot.
  6. Prepare 3 slice of green beans.
  7. Prepare dash of of bouillon cube.
  8. It’s pinch of of salt.
  9. Prepare 1/2 of oil for free.

Fried eggs for breakfast step by step

  1. Heat a nonstick pan and add oil,once hot add in all your veggies,salt,bouillon cube and stir fry for 2mins..

  2. Crack eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk,bring down your veggies and pour it into the eggs.mix all together immediately.

  3. Put back your pan on the fire and pour the mixture..

  4. Fry each side for 1min and serve. Am eating mine with sugar free bread..
