Ingredients of Ham & Egg English Muffin

  1. It’s 4 of English muffins.
  2. It’s 4 of Eggs.
  3. Prepare 1/2 of Cucumber.
  4. It’s 1 of Tomato.
  5. It’s 8 of Ham slices.
  6. It’s 4 tbsp of Milk.
  7. Prepare 4 tsp of Honey.
  8. Prepare to taste of Mayonnaise.
  9. It’s to taste of Butter / Mayonnaise *for scrambled eggs.

Ham & Egg English Muffin step by step

  1. Slice a muffin into two and toast both sides. If you do not want to mess up your toaster with corn grits, toast with a pan!.

  2. Add milk & honey in beaten eggs and mix well..

  3. Put butter or mayonnaise in a pan and make scrambled eggs..

  4. Slice cucumber, tomato and ham..

  5. Place scrambled eggs, cucumber and tomato on a muffin slice..

  6. Put mayonnaise, ham and then top it with another slice of a muffin..

  7. To keep muffins dry, place cucumber & tomato between scrambled eggs & ham!.
