Ingredients of No Fat Banana Waffles

  1. It’s 2 of Ripe bananas.
  2. You need 3 of Eggs separated.
  3. It’s 400 ml of Coconut milk.
  4. You need 1/4 cup of Maple syrup.
  5. Prepare 2 1/4 cup of Flour of choice.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  8. It’s 1/2 cup of Chopped pecans (optional).

No Fat Banana Waffles instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

  2. Mash bananas.

  3. Add egg yolks, coconut milk, maple syrup, flour, baking soda and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.

  4. Gently fold in chopped pecans and egg whites.

  5. Ladle into preheated greased waffle iron, and prepare for 3-4 min.

  6. Yields 13 medium waffles.
