Ingredients of Oatmeal muffins
- It’s 2 cup of Oatmeal.
- Prepare 3 of Figs.
- It’s 1 of Avocado.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Coconut oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Organic maple syrup.
- Prepare 4 of Eggs.
- You need 2 tbsp of Organic coconut flour.
Oatmeal muffins instructions
- Preheat oven to 45°.
- Mix the ingredients in the food processor.
- Put them in the oven for 15 -20mn.
They make the perfect healthy snack and they’re freezer-friendly, too!
These oatmeal muffins are a good-bye kiss from my workhorse of an oven.
