Ingredients of Omurice! Japanese Omlet Rice

  1. You need 1 Tbsp of butter.
  2. Prepare 4 oz of Chopped Chicken (115 g).
  3. It’s 1/2 of Chopped Onion.
  4. You need 2/3 cup of Mixed vegetables.
  5. You need 445 g of Cooked Rice (1 lb).
  6. Prepare 1/2 clove of minced garlic.
  7. It’s 2 tsp of salt.
  8. You need to taste of Pepper.
  9. Prepare 5 Tbsp of tomato catsup.
  10. You need 1 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese.
  11. You need 4 of eggs.
  12. It’s 8 Tbsp of milk.
  13. You need to taste of Salt.
  14. Prepare to taste of Pepper.
  15. It’s 2 Tbsp of butter.

Omurice! Japanese Omlet Rice step by step

  1. Put butter in a large skillet, cook chicken and onion until cooked..

  2. Add and fry the mixed vegetables, rice and rest of the filling ingredients. Set aside..

  3. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper..

  4. Melt butter in a large skillet. Cook 1/4 egg mixture like a crepe..

  5. Carefully spoon 1/4 of the rice filling over one half of the omelet. Flip the omelet over to cover the rice filling! Repeat with rest of the ingredients..

  6. Drizzle tomato catsup on the omurice if you like..
