  5. You need of salt,pepper and paprika.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°.

  3. In a cast iron skillet add a little vegetable oil and crisp up ham.

  4. Beat together eggs milk tobasco n spices. Then add in shredded cheese.

  5. Pour mixture over cooked ham and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until eggs have set.

  6. Sprinkle top with more diced ham n cheese to garnish and ENJOY.
