Ingredients of Tornado Omelet on Toast (Swirl omelet)

  1. Prepare 3 of Eggs.
  2. It’s 1 Tbsp of cooking oil.
  3. Prepare 1 slice of bread of your choice.
  4. Prepare 1 slice of cheese.
  5. You need Half of avocado.
  6. Prepare of Lemon juice.
  7. Prepare of Salt.
  8. It’s of Parsley flakes.

Tornado Omelet on Toast (Swirl omelet) instructions

  1. Toast the bread in a toaster.

  2. Place cheese on top of the bread.

  3. Cut avocado into slices and/or make it into a rose shape. Put on top of the cheese.

  4. Sprinkle lemon juice to keep avocado from changing color. Add salt to taste..

  5. Beat 3 eggs. Whisk till smooth.

  6. Heat 1 Tbsp cooking oil over medium-high heat (I used an 8’’ nonstick pan).

  7. Add egg mixture into the pan.

  8. Drag the chopsticks to the center of the pan. Rotate in the same direction until the eggs stop swirling.

  9. Carefully slide the omelet out of the pan to the top of the toast.

  10. Decorate with parsley flakes.
