  1. Take a bowl add curd.then add suji,Eno,turmeric powder,salt,sugar, and mix it all properly..

  2. Take a idli stand fill it with water.after take a dhokla plate grease it with oil and put batter in it.then steam it for 25 min..

  3. In other pan add oil.then mustard seeds,Curry leaves,green chillies,and little water in it.then add salt,sugar And lemon in it.it takes 10 min..

  4. After all this take dhokla plate And put the tadka on it and garnish it with coriander leaves….
